| I was asked to go assist the FAA, all three of them, in looking at a latch on a gear door. When I get there the normal greatings are exchanged and the conversation immediately turns to: How's the car coming along? I was kinda stumped for a second, I thought maybe he had me confused with someone else. So I said the Nissan? He said yeah, you still have it don't you? I said yip, but man it's been a long time, I didn't think you remembered. (actually, I didn't remember ever talking to him about the car) So he calls over to his buddy and tells him I still have the car. So he walks over with the 3rd FAA guy and now there's 3 FAA guys in shirt and ties, a pilot standing there with her mouth open, and me... you think we were talking airplanes? Now he wants to see my car because he has one and has some questions. Then the conversations turns to the airvrat pictured below. I pulled up the photo from the name he gave me, this was new info to me but the one FAA guy was very up on the plane and insisted that when I get back to the office I should look it up. I'm not going to give it away, lets see who really knows their Nissan stuff.
